Attached is the information on submitting BIDS for construction of Upgrades to Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks Including an Influent Perforated Place Screen. 

Copies of contract documents may be obtained at the office of LADD Environmental Consultants, Inc in Ft. Payne, AL.

RFP details: 

Seeking proposals for installation of permeable parking lot design as detailed in the attached engineered design. Proposals should include all aspects of construction, grading, materials, and finish work including site stabilization and vegetation. 

Site: Trenton Georgia, Jenkins Park Parking area. ( 34°52'8.43"N,  85°30'36.46"W) 

Considerations: work will be conducted adjacent to a children's playground and  public park and special consideration should be given to safety. Work will be include subsurface drainage systems as identified in the specifications. A rain garden is included in the site finish work, though identified as a separate specification and design sheet. Erosion controls should be strictly adhered to as the site is directly adjoining a perennial stream. The design will need to adhere to practices from the Georgia Stormwater Management Manual (Vol. 2)

Bids will close September 30, 2022. Publication of a request for proposals does not guarantee a project will be awarded to any bidder. Proposals will be considered based on multiple factors and reviewed by funding partners.
